BetterMe Charges $31 Without Notification


On 2025-07-02, I noticed that the BetterMe app has been charging my card for several months despite canceling my subscription shortly after purchasing a one-month plan. I initially subscribed for one month, paid for it, and canceled promptly to avoid further charges. However, despite having no active subscription, recurring charges have continued to appear on my bank statement.
I have contacted your support but have not received a clear resolution. This situation has caused financial distress and frustration as I trusted your platform to handle cancellations properly. I never authorized any further payments beyond the first month.
