Since July 23, 2025, I’ve noticed that a total of $61 has been withdrawn from my credit card under the name “ae BetterMe” without my authorization. The BetterMe app isn’t even installed on my phone, and I never started any kind of membership. I also have no idea what subscription or plan these payments are for, as my card statement doesn’t include any customer number or reference code. The charges appear to have been made periodically.
I emailed BetterMe to resolve this issue, but I haven’t received any response. I request that any associated membership be immediately canceled and that the full amount of $61 withdrawn from my account be refunded to me.
