BetterMe Charged Me ₺1,050 Over 3 Months Without Consent After One-Time Purchase

I purchased a 4-week plan from the BetterMe app for ₺179. I assumed the subscription would end automatically after the 4 weeks, so I didn’t cancel it. However, my account was charged ₺350 without any prior notification about the renewal or the price increase.
I requested a refund, but I have received no response. To protect my personal information, I clicked on "delete personal data" in the app, but this action ended up deleting my entire account. Now, I can’t even access the app I paid for.
BetterMe, I demand an immediate refund and an explanation for these unauthorized charges. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will take legal action to recover my money.
