I purchased the BetterMe app about 3 months ago with the understanding that it was a one-time charge of ₺179. However, I recently discovered that the app has been charging me ₺350 every month since, totaling ₺1,050 in unauthorized charges.

What’s most frustrating is that I never received any notification or approval request for these recurring payments. I haven’t used the app at all in this time, and I certainly never agreed to any automatic renewal. There was no warning, no confirmation, and no visible subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.

I am demanding a full refund of the unauthorized charges immediately. If this is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action to reclaim my money. BetterMe must stop these silent renewals and ensure all billing is based on clear and informed consent.
