BetterMe Charged Me for Months After Cancellation – I Demand a Refund

I initially subscribed to BetterMe for only three months, but even though I canceled my membership a year ago, they have continued to charge my card without my permission for months! This is completely unacceptable and unauthorized.

I demand an immediate refund for all the unauthorized charges and for these deductions to stop permanently. I did not agree to ongoing payments, and this feels like a scam.

If BetterMe does not resolve this issue and refund my money, I will file a complaint with the authorities for unauthorized transactions. Stop charging me without consent and process my refund now.

I demand a refund of the unjust fees you took without permission, this is theft, and it is punishable by our laws.
