BetterMe Still Charges Me Monthly Even After Cancelling My Subscription a Year Ago

I am very frustrated with the BetterMe app, which has been charging me every single month for over a year, despite canceling my subscription long ago. I followed all the required steps to cancel and even received confirmation, but the monthly deductions from my bank account never stopped.

There is no visible active subscription under my App Store or Google Play account, and there is no option within the BetterMe app or website to properly cancel or stop the billing. I feel completely helpless — and I know from browsing online that many others are experiencing the same problem. This appears to be a systematic issue that the company has failed to address.

This ongoing unauthorized billing is causing financial loss and emotional distress. I should not be paying for a service I neither use nor have access to.

I urgently request:
A full refund for all unauthorized charges since cancellation

Immediate termination of all ongoing billing

A clear explanation for how this could happen despite confirmed cancellation

If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take the matter to consumer protection agencies, my bank's fraud department, and public review platforms.
