BetterMe assessed an annual fee without my authorization

I only needed the trial version, so I gave my credit card info and was not charged. Nonetheless, my credit card was unexpectedly charged the full price of membership for a full year before the trial period ended. This constitutes a form of deception that is less direct. You took an annual membership fee out of my bank account without my knowledge or permission. Here, I'd like to bring up my request once more, as I've already done so many times before to your customer service team. I intend to sue you unless you reverse the fee you illegally charged to my credit card.
