On December 1, 2025, between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m., I wanted to purchase a small $1 trial package from the Astroline website. On the payment screen, I first saw the $1 charge, which I approved and paid. While moving to the next screen, an additional option appeared showing $29.99 with the word “report.” Without clearly understanding what it was, I skipped past that screen and completed the process.
However, after the transaction, I saw that instead of the expected small charge (around $1), $43 was withdrawn from my Halkbank card. Seeing such a much higher amount than I intended to pay was both shocking and financially distressing for me.
I contacted Astroline customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far.
For this reason, I request that the entire additional amount charged to my card—other than the $1 package and any clearly approved small charges—be refunded to me, and that a proper investigation be conducted into this incorrect billing, with a clear explanation provided to me.
