BetterMe Charged Me for Months After 1-Month Trial and Took Money 3 Times This Month

I initially signed up for a one-month trial with BetterMe, thinking it was a simple, short-term commitment. But to my shock, I recently discovered that they’ve been deducting money from my account every month without my knowledge or consent. And this month, it got even worse—they charged me three times in a single billing cycle.

I immediately contacted my bank, and they said they would file a dispute. But this shouldn’t even be happening. I only authorized a one-time payment for a trial. I had no idea BetterMe would continue billing me in the background for months.

It’s incredibly frustrating and upsetting, especially knowing how hard we work to earn that money. This feels deceptive and exploitative. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charges and immediate cancellation of any future payments. BetterMe needs to stop these unauthorized withdrawals and treat customers with honesty and respect.
