I was expecting a one-time trial membership, but now getting charged monthly without my knowledge or consent. having trouble finding any way to get in touch with someone for help after trying to cancel the membership via the app without success. Please immediately cancel my membership and stop charging my card. I am formally requesting this. otherwise, I will be forced to resort to legal action in order to safeguard my consumer rights.
