I purchased a Bestway Tritech Queen built-in pump double inflatable mattress from the seller Wise on Trendyol. I paid $89 for the product with my credit card. After the product arrived, I used it only a few times to sleep my 1.5-year-old child at night, and I soon noticed that it had a tear at the seam area.
Experiencing such a problem in such a short time—especially with such light use for a small child—clearly shows that the product is defective.
When I informed the seller and Trendyol about the issue, they said the product had been checked before shipping and therefore refused to accept the return. However, I later saw from other customer complaints that many people have experienced similar tears and defects with this product. Despite this, treating the issue as user error and refusing my return has left me both upset and disappointed.
People do not earn money easily; I paid a serious amount for this product and do not want to have to throw it away with almost no use.
For this product, which is clearly defective, I am requesting a refund or, if possible, a replacement with a defect-free item. I want the product to be inspected and for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
