BetterMe Subscription Still Charging After Cancellation

I used the BetterMe app and canceled my subscription through the Play Store, yet they’ve continued charging my card every month. Yesterday, my balance wasn’t enough at checkout because money was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge.

I need assistance with fully canceling my subscription and request a refund for the unauthorized charges. Please help me resolve this issue immediately.
