I subscribed to the BetterMe app for one month, then canceled my membership and deleted the app. However, unauthorized charges have been made to my account from the deleted app. I just noticed this and am shocked. I only intended to use it for a month to try it out, but it has been charging me for months. I am extremely angry and want to cancel my subscription and request a refund for the charges. I will report this everywhere. You can't withdraw money without permission. I will file complaints with all relevant authorities to get my money back.
