For some time, I have been using BetterHelp for treatment; but, my most recent experience truly let me down. Technical problems on their end caused me to miss a planned session; I contacted their support team in hopes they would fix things. Rather, I received a lot of copy-paste responses utterly lacking the point. The first communication had nothing to do with my issue; it was merely a generic statement on changing therapists, not even addressing my genuine worry. I just asked for the session to be rescheduled or compensated; I obviously indicated that I missed a session due of a malfunction on their side. Particularly from a venue believed to be all about mental health and care, I expected a little more understanding and support.
