If BetterHelp kept charging you even after you canceled;
• Confirm your cancellation: Make sure you canceled the subscription through the same platform you used to sign up (BetterHelp website, Apple App Store, or Google Play)
• Check for multiple accounts: Verify you don’t have more than one BetterHelp account still active under a different email or login method
• Verify cancellation status: Log in to BetterHelp → Account/Subscription and confirm it shows “Canceled” or “Inactive”
• Remove saved payment method: Delete your card from BetterHelp and from the app store (if applicable) to prevent further charges
• Contact BetterHelp support: Provide your account email, cancellation confirmation, and billing history — request a refund for the unauthorized charges
• If you subscribed through Apple/Google: Use Apple’s Report a Problem or Google Play’s Refund request system with the charge details
• Contact your bank/card issuer: Dispute the charges as unauthorized if BetterHelp won’t refund
If the problem persists;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report ongoing billing after cancellation and seek a proper stop to charges and refunds
