Calm Ignored My Refund Request After Charging Me Despite Trial Cancellation
Thinking it would be a decent opportunity to investigate their offerings, I registered for Calm's 7-day free trial. I revoked my subscription on the seventh day, just before the trial concluded. They still charged me for a yearly subscription and took the whole sum out of my bank account notwithstanding this though. Worse so, my hearing problem prevented me from even effectively using the program. I contacted Calm's customer care, outlining the circumstances and asking for a refund. It has already been five days and I have not gotten one reply. Not a thank you, no follow-up, nothing. From a business stressing leisure and well-being, I expected far better service. I really find their lack of responsibility and help to be really disappointing.
