If an unauthorized BetterHelp charge appeared on your card;
• Review your BetterHelp billing: Check your BetterHelp account’s billing history to confirm the charge isn’t a legitimate renewal or plan adjustment
• Secure your accounts: Immediately change your BetterHelp and associated email/Discord passwords, and remove any saved payment methods
• Contact BetterHelp support: Provide the transaction date, amount, and a statement that you did not authorize the charge — ask for a refund and account review
• If billed through Apple/Google Play: Use Apple’s Report a Problem or Google Play refund request with the transaction details
• Notify your bank or card issuer: Report the charge as unauthorized and open a dispute with your bank/card — they can often reverse the transaction
If the issue isn’t resolved;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report the unauthorized BetterHelp billing and seek assistance with stopping charges and obtaining a refund
