Betplay Wiped My Balance After Restrictions And Added New Rules
I used Betplay and what happened left me genuinely stunned. In a single day, I deposited ₺50,000 six times, totaling ₺300,000. During my last deposit, I finally started winning and my balance climbed to ₺3,650,000. While I was still playing and my balance was around ₺2,543,000, the site suddenly restricted my account. Only two of my ₺100,000 withdrawal requests had been approved, and the third one was still pending. After the restriction, I couldn’t reach anyone for nearly an hour, and during that time the site’s domain was changed. When support finally responded, they claimed I was limited because I could withdraw up to ₺500,000, even though I had only withdrawn ₺200,000 and had one pending request. Worse, when I had deposited earlier, there was no rule about a maximum withdrawal on the wheel reward, yet after the domain change they added a “10x rule.” The representative even admitted I couldn’t see it because I was playing on the old domain. In total, my deposits before that day already exceeded ₺500,000. In the end, they paid me only ₺500,000—basically my own money—and erased the rest of my balance. Even if the 10x rule had existed, my ₺300,000 deposits in the last six hours alone already justified a ₺3,000,000 withdrawal limit. I feel deeply let down by what I experienced, and I want Betplay to take responsibility for this situation and resolve it properly.
Dear Member, Regarding your application to us, we received information that the relevant contact number was busy when we tried to call. We would like to state that we continue to communicate via WhatsApp regarding the situation. There is no record in the call logs, WhatsApp calls, or messages indicating that any contact was made. My complaint was not taken into consideration. While responding, Betplay tries to give the impression on this public platform that they are dealing with the issue. Even though the company tries to appear sensitive, the blatant injustice that has been done is enough to understand what kind of site Betplay is. Instead of investing your money on this site, you would be making a much better choice by throwing your money away in the street; maybe someone in need would find it and you would be doing a good deed indirectly. There is a specific term that describes 'someone who changes the rules while the game is being played,' but unfortunately, I am not allowed to use this expression while writing the complaint, so I cannot write it here. I think everyone understands what I mean. No one should become a member of the Betplay site, which is the embodiment of the expression I am not allowed to write here, and no one should be subjected to the injustice I have experienced. Except for people like these, no one earns money easily, so no one should let these people take their money.
