Betpark Took ₺110,000 Winnings Without Explanation
On November 17, 2024, I deposited ₺3,000 on Betpark and won ₺244,000. However, I was informed of a rule limiting withdrawals to 50 times the deposit amount, leaving me with ₺150,000 and wiping out the rest of my balance. Then I was told I could only withdraw ₺20,000 per day due to my deposit amount.
I successfully withdrew ₺20,000 on both November 18 and 19. On November 20, I submitted another withdrawal request, but I couldn’t log into my account despite entering the correct credentials. When I finally accessed it an hour later, my balance had dropped to ₺77. Live support claimed, “You logged in and didn’t play,” which is absurd. Betpark essentially took ₺110,000 of my winnings. This is unacceptable, and I’m sharing this everywhere. Immediate action is required!
