Betmoon Silently Deletes My ₺300K Winnings Claiming a 3x Rule After Cash Deposit
I deposited over ₺10,000 into my Betmoon account and started playing without any bonuses—purely with my own funds. I was lucky enough to hit big and built up my balance to ₺300,000, only to wake up and find my entire winnings deleted with no prior warning or proper justification.
When I reached out to their support, they casually stated that there’s a "3x payout cap", meaning they supposedly only allow you to withdraw three times the deposit amount. That rule was never disclosed before or during gameplay, and I played without using any bonuses—so why would such a restriction even apply?
