Betpipo Trial Bonus Misleading Info — Completed 40x Wager, Still No Balance Added

I would like to share the issue I experienced on October 31, 2025, regarding the trial bonus on Betpipo. When I spoke with the customer representative via WhatsApp, I was told that the bonus had only a 1x wagering requirement. However, even after completing nearly 40x wagering, the bonus was not added to my main balance. I was misled with incorrect information and suffered because of it.

My member number is 3417*94. I have not made any payments or deposits.

I request that this issue be resolved and that I receive a response. I would like the authorized team to call me and provide a proper solution.
