Betoffice Refusing to Release My $670 Balance Despite Completed Verification
Since December 4, 2025, my Betoffice account has been restricted under the excuse of a “14-business-day review by the risk department,” and because of this, I have been unable to make any withdrawals. My account currently has a balance of $670, and I want to withdraw the full amount.
Even though I have not violated any rules or misused any bonuses, I am unable to access my own funds simply because of an ongoing review. During this process, I was also asked to complete identity verification. I submitted all requested documents, and I was informed that the verification was approved. Yet despite this, my money is still not being paid out.
When I contact live support and other channels to ask about the situation, I am repeatedly told only to “wait 14 business days,” with no concrete explanation or meaningful information. I do not want to wait for the outcome of this so-called review, especially since no clear violation or reason has been communicated to me.
My request from Betoffice is that the $670 balance in my account be paid to me immediately, without any further delay, waiting period, or unnecessary stalling.
