Betnano Coupon Win Not Credited to My Account

I use a regular Betnano account, and two days ago I won a coupon that was supposed to be credited to my balance. However, the coupon was never added to my account.

I contacted Betnano customer service, but instead of a real response, I only received an automatic message with no solution. This is the first time I have faced this issue, although I should mention that the app often runs slowly in general.

I request that my coupon winnings be credited to my account as soon as possible and that Betnano provide proper customer support instead of automated replies.
