I Lost Money on BetKanyon and Got Nothing from Their Fake Gift Section

Since I started using BetKanyon, I haven’t had a single positive experience. I’ve lost a significant amount of money—fine, I can accept that part as bad luck. But what really frustrates me is how misleading their so-called “Gift” section is. It’s clearly just there for show. Despite being promoted as a feature that rewards users, it hasn’t given me even a single kuruş. It feels like an intentional trick to make users feel like they’re getting value when they’re not.

To make things worse, customer service is completely unresponsive. I’ve reached out multiple times, and they either ignore me or give useless replies. There’s no real effort to help or solve problems. I’m asking for someone from their WhatsApp support team to step in and actually take my complaint seriously.

BetKanyon needs to either remove the fake gift section or make it truly functional, and they must improve their customer service immediately. Users deserve better treatment, transparency, and basic respect.
