Betebet Zeroed Out My Balance After a $118 Withdrawal Request
I received a loss bonus on Betebet, and today I submitted a withdrawal request for $118 to cash out the balance I had accumulated. I didn’t receive any errors or warning messages during the bonus usage or the withdrawal process. I completed the transaction through the website, and I had never experienced an issue like this before.
After submitting my withdrawal request, my balance was reduced to zero through a “deduction” transaction. When I contacted customer service, they told me the matter had been forwarded to the risk department, but no solution was offered and I never received a follow-up. I did not violate any of the bonus terms, and customer service had previously informed me that I could withdraw the bonus.
I have been left at a loss because my bonus and withdrawal request were canceled without any valid explanation, and my balance was brought down to zero. I request an explanation for this action and that my issue be resolved.
