I Cannot Withdraw My Funds from Betcio Without Unnecessary ID Verification

I am facing serious problems with my withdrawal requests on Betcio. Yesterday, my most recent withdrawal request was rejected, and I was told that I must send a photo of my ID, a selfie, and a handwritten note showing the current date. For security and privacy reasons, I refused to provide such sensitive documents. I asked to use SMS verification as an alternative, but this option was also denied.

Previously, I had submitted a withdrawal request for ₺8,000, and even though I provided the requested payment receipt, the funds were never deposited into my account. I still have access to my account, but my transactions are restricted, and I cannot reach a live customer representative. Every time I contact customer service, they simply repeat the demand for ID and selfie documents without offering any other solution.

I expect Betcio to promptly return my funds, fully restore my account access, and provide a withdrawal method that does not require excessive personal documentation. This matter needs to be resolved urgently.
