BetCiO Unfairly Removes My Balance and Ignores Me

Previously, ₺6,500 was unfairly removed from my balance in a blackjack game. Afterwards, Mr. E*** called me and gave various reasons to convince me to withdraw my complaint. He told me that I could contact him if I had any issues, and if I couldn’t reach him, I should contact customer service. However, despite stating that I wanted to speak with Mr. E***, I have been unable to connect with him. Everyone acts as if they don’t know him, and to make matters worse, the WhatsApp support line has blocked me, so my messages are not going through. Most recently, I lost another ₺1,500 without any explanation. Unless my total balance of ₺8,000 is reinstated, I will not withdraw my complaint.
