Betcio Made Me Lose Every Game I Played for Nearly One Year

I have been regularly playing games on the Betcio platform for about a year and have lost approximately ₺20,000–₺30,000 during this time. No matter which game or bet I play on the platform, I constantly lose and never manage to make any profit. The fact that this happens every time without exception makes me believe it is not entirely random and has caused me serious harm. I also believe the platform operates in bad faith and takes advantage of its users. I have contacted Betcio customer service multiple times about this issue, but I only received temporary responses and none of my problems were resolved.
