Betcio Didn’t Give My Bonuses - Games Felt Unfair With No Support Provided

I deposited ₺7,000 into my Betcio account. After this deposit, I played the games on the site and I clearly felt that the games were unfair and manipulated in a way to take my money. Despite my investment, I did not receive any of the bonuses that I believe I was entitled to, and my balance was lost in a very short time in a way that did not feel natural or fair. I contacted Betcio customer service about these issues, but no one was interested in my problem and I did not receive any clear information or support. I find it unacceptable that both my bonus rights are not given and the games appear to be operating in a rigged manner. I request that my losses be compensated and that the bonuses I am entitled to be fully credited to my account. I also expect a detailed review of my account and the games I played and a clear explanation to be provided.
