Bestwallet Account Not Found Error Blocks Access to $100 Crypto Balance
For the past two days, I have been unable to access my account on the Bestwallet mobile app registered with the email m*****@hotmail.com**. Each time I try to log in, I receive the error message: “Account record not found.”
I have not made any updates, suspicious transactions, or profile changes that could explain this issue. My account holds approximately $100 worth of cryptocurrency, and being locked out of it without any explanation is unacceptable.
I reached out to the Bestwallet support team, but so far I have not received any response or assistance. This lack of communication has only increased my frustration and concern about the safety of my funds.
I demand that Bestwallet restore access to my account immediately and ensure that my crypto balance remains secure. Users should not have to fear losing their assets due to technical failures or ignored support requests.
