I Can’t Access My Best Wallet Account or Reach My Solaxy Coins

I’m completely locked out of my Best Wallet account and can’t access the Solaxy coins I purchased. Every time I try to log in, the system either fails to load or doesn’t recognize my credentials, even though I haven’t made any changes. This issue has left my funds frozen, and I have no way of recovering them or initiating a transfer.
What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no direct way to reach Best Wallet’s customer service. The app offers no live support, no phone number, and no email for urgent problems like this. It’s unacceptable for a financial platform to operate without real-time assistance, especially when people have real money and assets locked in their accounts.
I demand immediate access to my wallet and full visibility of my Solaxy holdings. Best Wallet must implement proper customer support and resolve login and wallet access issues without delay.
