I sent $100 to Best Wallet, and although the funds initially arrived, they vanished within just 30 minutes. It has now been 54 days, and my money still hasn’t been returned. I reached out to Best Wallet support multiple times, but all I’ve received are generic, copy-paste responses with no actual resolution.
Even worse, after following up again, they completely stopped responding to my messages. This is not how a financial service should operate—especially when real money is involved. I trusted this platform to store my funds securely, and now I’m left with no access to them and zero support from the company.
I demand that my missing $100 be restored to my Best Wallet account or sent back to my Binance TR account immediately. I shouldn’t have to fight for this long just to recover my own money. Best Wallet, fix this now and stop ignoring your users.
