Bershka Shoes Fell Apart in Less Than a Month
About three weeks ago, I purchased a pair of men’s athletic shoes from the Bershka store at Vadi Istanbul. However, in less than a month, the sides of the shoes started to come apart, and the product became noticeably worn and deformed in a very short time.
Before taking the product back to the store, I called Bershka to explain the situation by phone. During the call, I did not receive any help regarding the issue, and I felt that my concern was not taken seriously.
I believe that shoes deteriorating this quickly indicate a manufacturing defect, and I am requesting that my shoes be replaced with a new pair. I kindly ask that I be contacted regarding this matter and that my inconvenience be resolved.
