My Bershka Shoes Started Falling Apart After Just 3 Days of Normal Use
My friend and I both purchased the same model of shoes from Bershka. To our disappointment, my pair began to come apart on the third day of casual, everyday use. The separation in the shoes grew worse with each passing day. Shockingly, my friend experienced a similar issue with her pair by the fifth day. We both took good care of our shoes and wore them under normal conditions, so it's incredibly frustrating to see them deteriorate so quickly. It's unacceptable for a product to show such poor quality in such a short amount of time. We are deeply upset by this experience and request that Bershka addresses this quality issue immediately. We expect a prompt resolution to this problem, whether it be a refund or a replacement with a product that meets acceptable standards.
