Bershka Returned My Order Without Consent After Saying It Shipped
I placed an order from Bershka on May 26. My order has been in the "shipped" stage for more than a month. I talked to customer service almost every day, they said they created a request. In another call, they said my cargo was lost and created a new order request. When I called again today, I learned that my order was returned without my consent. The clothes were out of stock due to the promotion period. I struggled for more than a month and was a victim. If my order was going to be returned, you should not have created a new order request for me. The purchase I made was not during the promotion period anyway. I bought it at the discounted prices. Since there is no stock right now, I cannot buy it at a discount either. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. Bershka put me in a really bad situation.
