My Bershka Order Taken and Returned Without My Consent!

I placed an online order with Bershka, and before I could receive it, I received an email stating that my order had been delivered and returned for a refund. I was shocked to learn that my package was given to someone else who returned it without my knowledge. This is a grave violation of both consumer rights and data privacy. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the store staff had marked it as returnable upon delivery without my consent, saying it was due to possible product issues. How can a store employee make such a decision about my package without my approval? It's beyond comprehension. This incident raises serious concerns about personal rights and data protection. I'm lodging a complaint against the manager of Bershka's Adana Optimum store and the staff member responsible for this act. I demand that my product be returned to me, and if necessary, I'll explore all legal avenues, including consumer rights and other legal actions, until I get my rightful resolution.
