My Bershka Order Mysteriously Marked Delivered
I placed an order with Bershka on July 2, 2024. I never received any shipping notifications; I was only informed about my order status via email from Bershka. On July 20, 2024, my order was marked as delivered, but I received neither a delivery code nor any shipping messages. My order never reached me, yet it appears as if it was delivered.
When I checked my invoice to find out the shipping company, it listed D Fast Distribution Services and Logistics Corporation. I discovered that this company doesn't have a branch in Tunceli, where I live. I couldn't find any contact information for them.
If Bershka and D Fast Distribution Services and Logistics Corporation don't resolve this issue promptly, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights.
This situation has left me feeling frustrated and confused. It's concerning that an order can be marked as delivered without any proof or notification. The lack of transparency from both Bershka and the shipping company is alarming.
