Bershka Order Cancellation And Poor Customer Service





Hello, I made a purchase on 03.01.2024 from the Bershka store as soon as their campaign started. I had a total of 13 items in my basket. Once the order was placed, a confirmation email was promptly received, and the required visuals will be attached. Regrettably, a mere day after receiving confirmation, I received notification that my order had been canceled. Because it had been over 24 hours, I couldn't locate all the items I desired once more. I made an extra effort to take advantage of the campaign, despite the fact that my phone typically lacks signal at the campaign's designated time. Following the cancellation, I was able to locate and buy a few items from my initial shopping list. Afterwards, I reached out to Bershka customer service. I was informed that the order had to be canceled due to the unavailability of the products. I expressed my frustration at their decision to cancel my entire purchase instead of just the out-of-stock item, which has left me feeling quite distressed. They insisted that only one item from my purchase was available, while the rest were unavailable. After mentioning that I bought the same items again within a day, I didn't get any response, as expected. If your customer service insists on sending automated messages instead of providing assistance, one might question the purpose of their existence. Because of the unexpected cancellation, I was unable to locate any items from other stores that were part of the campaign. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving my concern. I placed my order as soon as the campaign began, so there's no way the product could be sold out. It's clear from the customer representative's incorrect information. Please take the necessary actions as requested.
