I bought something on the Bershka website on 18/10/2024, and later I found out my order was canceled without any heads-up or reason given. I didn't expect it and felt let down by how little communication there was. I'm still waiting for my refund, and it hasn't been processed yet. Bershka was a brand I really trusted, but this experience has made me think differently. If my refund isn't processed soon, I might have to take legal steps. I was really surprised by how I was treated by a company I've trusted for so long, and honestly, this whole experience has been pretty disappointing.
