My Bershka Sale Order Was Canceled Without Explanation


On June 26, 2024, I placed an order through the Bershka app on the first day of their sale. The order was confirmed the same day or the next day. About 10 days later, I received an email stating that my order was being prepared. Today is July 15, 2024, and my order of three items has been canceled without any explanation. They have also informed me that no charges will be made, which is hardly a consolation. It seems they collected the needed cash and are now canceling orders instead of shipping them at the sale prices. This behavior is unethical. At the very least, they should have provided a reason for the cancellation.
