Bershka Fails to Ship Remaining Items From Online Order

I placed order number 40262020411 on January 5 through Bershka’s online store, and it was supposed to be prepared as two separate shipments. The two items in the first shipment were delivered to me, but the remaining nine items—most of them sweaters and sweatshirts—are still shown as “being prepared,” even though 12 days have passed.
Although today is January 17, there has been no progress on my order, and the long delay for winter clothing in particular is causing me inconvenience. Once the winter season is over, receiving these items will be meaningless to me.
I request that the remaining nine items in my order be shipped and delivered to me as soon as possible, without any further delay.
