Bershka Failed to Deliver My Order for Nearly a Month
On November 27, 2025, I placed an order for three short-sleeve T-shirts in different colors on Bershka’s online website. My order number is 40253853811, and my tracking number is 635739330308. At the time of purchase, the delivery window was stated as December 9–12, 2025, but despite nearly one month passing, I still have not received my items.
Even though the delivery timeframe has passed, I haven’t received any updates about my order, nor has any information been provided to me. I’ve tried contacting customer representatives and customer service multiple times, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. Since I never received the products, I’m also unable to initiate a return process.
I am requesting that this issue be resolved urgently, either by shipping my products to me immediately or by refunding the full order amount to my account without delay.
On 27.11.2025 I purchased three items from Bershka for my daughter, order number 40253853811, for a total of 579 TL (including shipping) using a credit card. Although the system shows the delivery date as 10 December 2025, the items were not delivered on the specified date and no information was provided during this period. When there was no progress regarding my items, I tried to contact customer service and could only speak with them once. About 15 days ago they told me my order would arrive, but despite the time that has passed, neither the items have arrived nor has any refund been processed. I am currently unable to reach a customer representative again. Approximately 40 days have passed since I placed the order, and I am still left in a disadvantaged situation. Since the items were never delivered, I demand that the full payment of 579 TL for order 40253853811 be promptly refunded to my credit card.
There has been no progress; my items still haven't arrived and no refund has been issued. It's been 50 days and I haven't been able to contact anyone. I will never shop at Bershka again. You have no point of contact; they neither send products nor provide refunds.
