Bershka Fails to Ship My Paid Order and Cancels Without Explanation

On January 1, 2026, I placed order number 40343860588 at Bershka’s online store, purchasing 2 bags, 1 beanie, 1 denim short, and 1 cardigan, with a total purchase amount of approximately $230 USD (paid in full by credit card).
During this 16-day period, my order was never shipped, so I contacted customer service three times. In those conversations, I was not told that my order was canceled; on the contrary, I was told the items were ready and that my order was on the way. In my most recent conversation before January 14, they explicitly stated that my order had been prepared and shipped.
However, on January 16, 2026, I saw that my order was canceled without any justification. The sudden cancellation of an order that was previously described as “prepared and shipped,” with no problem indicated, is both highly inconsistent and misleading to customers. Waiting for 16 days without shipping, then canceling without giving any reason or clear information about refunds, causes significant inconvenience for online shoppers.
Instead of canceling my order arbitrarily, I request that my products be sourced and shipped to me as soon as possible. If that is not possible, I request an immediate refund of my $230 USD credit card payment and a written explanation of the inconsistent information and poor communication I experienced.
