Bershka Canceled My Order Without Returning Coupon – Account Also Deleted

I placed an order with Bershka using a 350₺ coupon and paid the remaining balance, but Bershka canceled my order without any explanation and did not restore my coupon. When I contacted customer service, their response felt dismissive, basically telling me to move on. To make matters worse, they even deleted my account after the cancellation. I’ve had to reopen it just to seek help. My order number is 401...6445, and the item is still available, so it’s not a stock issue. Bershka, I need my coupon refunded and an explanation for this treatment. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expect a prompt resolution.
