Bershka Canceled My Order but Kept $36 for Three Months
On September 17, 2025, my son purchased a sweatshirt from the Bershka website under order number 40240410921. The order was canceled by the system on the same day, but the payment of $36 was still charged to our bank account. Despite three months having passed, we have neither received the product nor been issued a refund.
When we contacted the bank, they confirmed that the payment was successfully transferred to Bershka through the online POS system. For nearly three months, we have spoken with Bershka representatives multiple times. Each time, we only receive apologies for our inconvenience, but no concrete solution is provided, and no refund has been processed.
I am requesting both that the payment be refunded to us immediately and that a clear, written explanation regarding this process be provided. We want this long-standing inconvenience to be resolved urgently; otherwise, I will continue to submit complaints through all available platforms, including CİMER.
