Bershka Charged Credit Card With No Order in Account
On November 27, 2025, I made a purchase from Bershka’s online store, and even though a total of $33 was charged to my credit card, the corresponding orders do not appear in the system. I can’t access these orders in my account, but when I check my credit card statement, the charge made under Bershka’s name is clearly visible.
I contacted customer service three times regarding this issue. Each time, I was only told that a case had been opened and that they were “waiting for a response.” Despite repeatedly writing and calling, I haven’t received any clear or concrete feedback from anyone. Since November 27, neither have my orders been created in the system nor has a refund been issued.
I am requesting that the $33 charged to me be refunded immediately, or that my transaction be located, my orders be properly created in the system, and my issue be resolved without further delay.
