Bershka Canceled My Order, Closed My Account, and Delayed My Refund

I placed an order with Bershka, only to find that they canceled it without any explanation and then closed my account. Now, I can't even access my account, and my refund still hasn’t been processed after four days. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating—I’ve emailed customer service multiple times, but there’s been no response. I can’t reach anyone to address this issue, and it’s unacceptable that I’ve been left in the dark about my account and refund status. I expect this to be resolved promptly with a clear explanation and immediate return of my funds.
