Bershka Canceled My Discounted Orders and Deleted My Account Without Consent
On October 12, 2024, I made a purchase through the Bershka app using a provided discount, but my order was canceled on October 14. I placed a new order the same day, but it was canceled again. Bershka did not restore the discount, and to make matters worse, they deleted my account without my knowledge or consent.
I am requesting immediate assistance in resolving this issue. I expect the discount to be re-applied and my account restored. This situation is unacceptable, and I need a resolution as soon as possible.
