Bershka Canceled My Orders and Deleted My Account Without Consent

On October 12, 2024, I placed an order with Bershka, which was canceled on October 14. I placed a second order afterward, but it was also canceled, and Bershka deleted my account without my permission or knowledge. My refunds have not yet been processed, and the discount I used has been wasted.
I am requesting immediate action to resolve this issue, restore my account, and refund the money I am owed. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect the necessary steps to be taken to fix it as soon as possible.
