My Beko KMX 90 Dryer Still MIA After 2.5 Months

I ordered a Beko KMX 90 dryer on February 14, 2024, and it's been over two months now, but I'm still eagerly awaiting its arrival. Even though the seller, Gebze Piranlar, promised that the product would be delivered within a week at most, the machine I purchased has not arrived yet. Both the store and Beko representatives are unable to give me a clear delivery date. I'm feeling quite confused right now. When will this never-ending struggle come to a close? I'm really looking forward to a resolution.
